Products and Quality
Balloon By Sarah only use the very best professional materials to ensure the best quality, we do not use decorations or inflate balloons supplied by our clients.
Occasionally products may become unavailable, should this happen we will contact you at the earliest possible time and work out a suitable substitution. 
Balloons By Sarah take no responsibility for the condition of your balloon decorations once we've departed from your venue, we always take photographs to show that we've fulfilled your order.  Same with collections, any discrepancies must be notified immediately as we will not be able to resolve or be held liable after this time.
11" latex helium balloons float for an average time of 12-18 hours (depending on environmental conditions and handling), should you require your latex balloons last longer please let us know, so we can pre treat them with Hi-Float which will enable your balloons for float for days instead of hours, small fee applicable.

Payment
Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
At the time of booking you will be required to make the payment, which is 50% of your total order which is a retainer, this enables us to purchase the materials needed for your event and reserve the date/time in our diary. For smaller orders under £50 the full amount is due straight away. Balances are due 1 week before your event, failure to do this could result in us not being able to provide your balloon decor or hire goods.
It is your responsibility to check the invoice thoroughly, this includes dates, times, venues, colours, quantities, spellings for personalised goods, etc. Please inform us of any mistakes immediately.

Booking Fee
If your event is over 6 months away we can secure your date in our diary with a small £40 retaining fee, this also allows us to save any equipment you wish to hire.

Consultation Fee
If you'd like us to come to your chosen venue to have a consultation for up to an hour it's £25 (within a ten mile radius). We can bring colour samples and other balloons for you to view, along with brochures etc. 
These consultations normally take part Tuesday - Thursday, as we are booked up most weekends.

On the Day & Access to Your Venue
Balloon decorating is very time consuming, where possible we try to bring as much of the job already made up to save time at the venue, but larger orders, such as arches, etc require us to construct your balloon decor at the venue. It is essential that you've hired the venue for adequate time before your event to allow us to complete our work, this will be discussed with you at the time of booking. We also require a contact name and telephone number for the keyholder, should we need to make access arrangements with them. In the rare event of your venue not being accessible at the times pre arranged we will not be held responsible for any problems arising from this and will move onto our next booking.

Hire or Lone of Equipment
Hire props, such as our large circular backdrop, candy ferris wheel, vintage post box, wishing well (post box), love heart display stand, glassware etc. all require a cash safety deposit, this is fully refunded to you on their safe return/collection after inspection. Some of our balloon displays also require a loan of equipment, again these will require cash deposits which are fully refunded on their safe return. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged for. All hired goods must be returned within the agreed hire term, should this not be met a daily charge will apply.

Sweet Buffets
When you hire the candy ferris wheel you can always be safe in the knowledge that your sweets are of the highest quality and brought from reputable suppliers, we also hold a grade 5 hygiene rating. https://www.scoresonthedoors.org.uk

More than just Balloons
Did you know as well as stunning balloon decor we can also supply banners, bunting, table confetti, plain or themed plastic/paper table cloths / plates/ cups / party bags, pinatas and other party accessories to make your celebrations and events even more special!

GDPR Legislation, Privacy Policy Compliant & Data Protection
The personal data we retain is only the information we require to process and deliver your order, no third parties are involved. Information is collected lawfully and is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Any personal information gathered is for the sole purpose of effective communication between the customer and Balloons By Sarah. It is for the exclusive use of Balloons By Sarah and no information will be shared with any third party.  The only exception is if I am required by law, or if you request a courier service in which I'll need to provide your name and delivery address.

Third parties - I take payments via Bank Transfer & PayPal, who have their own strict privacy policies. 

Data storage - All information is stored securely, password protected and within secured premises. I do keep messages stored in Facebook Page messages, Instagram, Twitter, Whats App, Emails, Website Contact Forms, Telephone calls, Text messages and our invoicing App all of which are password protected. If you would like me to delete the messages, please contact me and I will do so, providing there is no legitimate reason. Your information will be stored for 8 years in case I am audited by HRMC.

If at any time you would like a copy of the data stored, you are welcome to do so for a £20 admin fee. We have 40 days to provide the data.
